Please log in to the ON-LINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM and choose “Create new registration” to register for the XXV World Congress of the International Union of Angiology. Your registration can be viewed or modified (booking a sightseeing tour or social event for example) anytime after logging in.

GROUP REGISTRATION

If you wish to register a group of 10 or more delegates under one organization, please download the Group Registration Form, complete it and send to the e-mail address of the Congress Secretariat.

We recommend on-line credit card payment as the most convenient method of payment. If you choose “Credit card payment” when completing the registration form, you will be automatically directed to a secure credit card payment form after completing your registration. On-line credit card payments over the internet are secured by 3D SECURE.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation is only possible in writing. Please send it by e-mail to the address of the Secretariat (congress@iua2012.org). Registration and other fees will be refunded as follows:

Cancellation by May 31, 2012 70% refund
Cancellation after May 31, 2012 No refund

ACCOMMODATION

Please visit the “Accommodation” section of this website to book a hotel in Prague. You can choose the hotel that best suits your needs and offerings are available both in the neighborhood of the congress venue and the historic city center.
